A valid EU Digital Covid Certificate for Vaccination or Recovery holders will have to sign a form that they agree to requirements below:

•             I have no signs of an acute respiratory infection;

•             I will follow all Covid-19 related restrictions from FIA Sporting Code Appendix S, Latvian law and Rally Organisers;

•             I will follow my own health condition and will inform the Rally Liepāja medical personnel in case of any symptoms of a fever or respiratory disease;

•             I will cover all of the related costs of Covid-19 tests and, in case of a positive test result, the treatment.

If attendee can present a valid EU Digital Covid Certificate for Vaccination or Recovery a person still is required to present a negative PCR COVID-19 test result no older than 96 hours before entering the venue to comply with FIA ISC Appendix S requirements.
